Class of '96

This year marks my 10 year high school graduation anniversary. Scary thought. It's a time of reflection, what have I done in the last ten years? Easy answer I guess, I've done what I've chosen to do, with no regrets. Do I look back at my five year tenure at Chapters as a waste of my career? Not really. Do I wish that I'd stayed at MRC the first time around and completed my entrepreneurship degree so I could've start a 'real job'? Hell no.

I look forward to my ten year reunion, if such an event actually occurs. Why are people so terrified of these things? Of course they're gonna ask what you do now! What else are we supposed to talk about? It's only ice-breaking small talk. Are they really judging me for what I do? Perhaps, but if they are, then that's their problem, not mine. Will I be impressed if I see some old friends that are now millionaires? Possibly, but what have they sacrificed to get there?

The last few months I've been hanging out with an old friend that's I schooled with for 12 years. And I've just gotten in contact with another. It's so nice to talk to people you knew before puberty! You can be yourself, be innocent, be kids again. No judgements, no facade.
